We want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FUXTEC account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
